- “Products” means custom apparel items including T-shirts, hoodies, jerseys, polos, joggers, vests, and related accessories.
2. Use of Website
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our website or place orders.
- You agree not to misuse our platform by introducing viruses, attempting unauthorized access, or disrupting services.
- All activities on your account are your responsibility. Please keep login credentials secure.
3. Account Registration
- Creating an account is optional but recommended for faster checkout and order tracking.
- You must provide accurate and complete information.
- Printtee reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
4. Custom Designs & Content
- You may upload your own designs or create artwork using our online tool.
- By uploading, you confirm that:
- You own or have rights to the design.
- It does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property of others.
- It is not offensive, illegal, or harmful in nature.
- Printtee reserves the right to reject or cancel any design/order that violates these conditions.
5. Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment through our secure gateways.
- Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
- In case of pricing or listing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or modify orders after notifying you.
6. Delivery
- Standard delivery timelines are 3–7 business days, depending on location.
- Express delivery may be available in select cities (check at checkout).
- Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen logistics issues, for which Printtee will not be liable.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- Custom-printed products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
- Orders may be cancelled only before production begins. Once printing starts, cancellation is not possible.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

8. Intellectual Property
- All content on Printtee.in (logos, designs, text, images, graphics) is the property of Printtee.
- You may not copy, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Printtee is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our maximum liability, in any case, shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.
